Rental Escapes is expanding its European footprint by adding luxury villas in London and Mallorca, offering travelers two distinct ways to experience the region through private accommodations.

The new destinations join the company’s portfolio of more than 5,000 villas across 170 destinations worldwide and reflect growing demand for experience-led stays that combine residential privacy with personalized concierge services.

“At Rental Escapes, every destination we add to our portfolio is a deliberate decision—one informed by the invaluable feedback of our travel advisor partners and the evolving desires of our guests,” said Willie Fernandez, chief sales and marketing officer of Rental Escapes. “London and Mallorca are a direct reflection of those conversations, and we are honored to bring these iconic destinations to life through the deeply personalized, award-winning villa experiences our clients have come to expect.”

The expansion broadens Rental Escapes’ appeal across several traveler segments: London offers an alternative to traditional luxury hotels for families and multi-generational groups seeking extra space while remaining close to the city’s cultural attractions. Concierge services can include private after-hours tours of the Tower of London and in-villa dinners prepared by Michelin-starred chefs.

Mallorca, meanwhile, targets travelers looking for a slower-paced Mediterranean escape. Experiences available through the company’s Guest Experience team range from private yacht charters and vineyard tastings to couples’ spa treatments overlooking the sea.

Among the new additions is The Mayfair Glasshouse, a three-story residence overlooking Hyde Park that accommodates up to 10 guests, with rates starting around $2,000 per night. Another London option, Canaletto Tower, offers a three-bedroom apartment with panoramic skyline views from the 31st floor.

In Mallorca, Casa En El Mar features six bedrooms, direct sea access, a private mooring, and dedicated chef and housekeeping services, with rates starting at around $15,000 per night. Finca Finesse, perched above Port Andratx, offers six bedrooms, multiple terraces, a heated infinity pool, sauna, and daily housekeeping from approximately $10,400 per night.
